If you are unable to pay your city utility bill by the date shown on your bill and you wish to enter into payment arrangements, call the Water Division at the number listed below.

Payment arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay your bill will result in disconnection of service.

If you receive a disconnect notice and payment has been made, please contact the Water Division at the number listed below.
