Utility services provided by the City of Panama City include water, sewer and garbage. The current utility deposit required for water, sewer and garbage service is $132.28. In addition, a $25.00 non refundable service charge is required to set up a new account.

The deposit required for utility customers who receive water, sewer and garbage service outside the corporate limits is $165.34. In addition, a $25.00 non refundable service charge is required to set up a new account.
