The City of Panama City provides water, wastewater and garbage services to residences and businesses in the community.

If you wish to start, stop or transfer service, or have questions about your city utility services regarding meter readings, billings or payments, we invite you to visit with a customer service representative.

Reporting Problems :

To report the following:
Stopped up street drains or ditches, limbs in the right-of-way, pot holes or cave-in's.
Street light outages, traffic signal malfunctions, stop sign or street sign's down or missing call:
