Vendors
The City maintains a list of vendors who are contacted when the City purchases products or services.
If you are interested in being placed on the City's vendor list you may download a vendor package HERE or call the Purchasing Division. When products or services are needed that you have indicated an interest in providing the City, a bid package will be mailed to you.
Notice of Bids
The City periodically will post notices concerning products and services that are subject to the bidding process. You may view current bids HERE.
Accounts Payable
Vendors who wish to find out the status of their invoice submitted to the City of Panama City for payment may do so by calling the Accounting Division at 872-3049.
