Panama City Planning Board :
The Panama City Planning Board is designated as the local planning agency (LPA) and acts in an advisory capacity to the City Commission. As the LPA, this board holds public hearings and makes recommendations to the City Commission regarding the adoption of and amendments to the Comprehensive Plan; changes to the Land Development Code; annexation of property; changes in zoning of property; and Level 3 (Large Scale) Developments.
Planning Board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m, unless otherwise noticed due to holidays or scheduling conflicts. For information concerning Planning Board agenda items, please visit the Publications section or contact the Planning & Land Use Services Division at 872-3025.
