2007 Evaluation and Appraisal Report

The City adopted by Resolution 112707 the 2007 Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) on November 27, 2007. The EAR is an analysis of the Comprehensive Plan and it's successes and shortcomings. The Department of Community Affairs is currently reviewing the EAR for sufficiency to state statutes and the Florida Administrative Code. The Notice of Intent to find the EAR in compliance will be posted here once it is received by the Department. Click here to view the EAR.
