Serving as Utilities Director for Panama City is Ron Morgan. Ron started his career with the city in 1996 as General Services Director. In 1997 he was selected to serve as Director of Utilities. Ron has a BS degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Before coming to Panama City, Ron served almost 20 years as the City Manager of Rockmart, Georgia. He also served in the Georgia Army National Guard as Staff Sgt. E6 with Co. B 1st - 108th Armor Division.

Born in Polk County, Georgia. Ron is married to Carolyn Morgan of Dalton, Georgia. They have two children, Tyler and Jennifer.
