Bill Lloyd became Marina Director for Panama City in 2005. Bill is a graduate of Mississippi State University and continued his education with short courses at LSU & NC State His previous experience includes 32 years with a Fortune 500 company. Bill served as a regional quality director overseeing 13 plants in the Southeastern United States & later as a plant manager. His oversight included project management, capital budgets and plant operations just to name a few.

Bill has 50 years of boating and fishing experience, 30 years as a sailor. He has owned and sailed a variety of vessels from 14' to 36'. Bill has also spent 4 years as a liveaboard on his sailboats.

Born in Columbus, MS. in 1946. He grew up on the Northern Gulf Coast. Bill has one daughter in Baltimore, MD. His father and two sisters reside here in Panama City.
