Larry Adkison has almost 20 years' service with the City of Panama City, serving for 10 years in the City's Community Development Program, first in the Rental Rehabilitation Program, and later in the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program. Larry was appointed Purchasing Director in 1999.

Larry served in the United States Air Force and attended Gulf Coast Community College, he then went on to the University of West Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Born in Texarkana, AK. Larry has lived in Bay County most all of his life. He's Married to wife Aranya, of Bangkok, Thailand. He has one stepdaughter, Melissa living in Dallas, TX.
